“As a first-time homebuyer, it was important to me to select the right agent to represent me, and I think I struck gold with Angelina! I had a listing in mind, and within 24hrs of contacting her, we set up a time to tour the house, and another 24hrs later we had our offer accepted (yes, the very first offer!).. Angelina has very good local market knowledge, which helped get the offer just right to strike a good balance between being competitive and still affordable. All in all the process was going smoothly till we had an appraised for under-listing. Angelina and I were on the same page (to dispute it) and she worked to find better comps and justifications for why the initial appraisal value was erroneous. We were able to present our findings to the lender and get it re-appraised at the listing price! Overall a very smooth 1st-time buyers process (and really short too, first contact to offer to closing took 5 weeks).
