Patrick has represented me on multiple occasions: as a buyer's agent, as a seller's agent, and as a property manager.

Every experience with him has been great. I purchased a single family home with Patrick representing me on the buyer side back in 2018. He was constantly sending us updates about new properties on the market, and filtering ones that specifically fit our needs. He seemed to have the same level of investment as we did in finding us the perfect property. After just a few short weeks, Patrick was able to find us find a home that checked all our boxes and helped us in making a competitive offer which eventually sealed the deal.

Around the same time, I had Patrick take over property management for the previous home that we moved out of. He managed the property for about 2 years and it required no effort on my part at all. This is exactly what it should be like when you have a property manager. He handled everything from finding tenants and dealing with any issues that arose during their tenancy. Rent payments were forwarded on time, and he always provided the necessary documents come tax time.

Finally, we recently had Patrick list our rental property for sale and he was able to get the property staged and sold after only one open house weekend. We received multiple offers and eventually accepted a very competitive offer.

In short, I would use Patrick again for any real estate / property management needs without hesitation.
